Joe Evans has been licensed in real estate sales and as an auctioneer for 45 years. He has participated in auctions in 35 states. He spent several years doing industrial equipment auctions but has concentrated on real estate auctions the last 25 years. He was an instructor at the Nashville Auction School for 20 years.
