Joe Evans is a seasoned auctioneer and affiliate broker with over four decades of experience in the auction industry. Licensed since 1979, Joe has conducted more than 1,000 commercial and industrial auctions across 32 states, earning a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results-driven service.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the Nashville Auction School. Joe later became the owner and President of the Nashville Auction School, where he taught aspiring auctioneers for over 20 years, shaping the next generation of industry professionals.
