Jim Evans is a veteran real estate broker with over 37 years of experience. A graduate of Trevecca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Jim specializes in commercial real estate, including site selection, multi-family and multi-use development, industrial projects, office buildings, and land development. Currently, he focuses on data center development and renewable energy markets. Jim has also served as an elected member of a county legislative body, acting as chairman for five years. He holds licenses as a real estate broker, certified general real estate appraiser, and auctioneer in Tennessee. Leading the CORE team, Jim oversees all commercial projects nationwide.
