Mark Evans, a second-generation graduate of the Nashville Auction School, is a certified general real estate appraiser serving Tennessee. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration, Mark also maintains auction and affiliate broker licenses. He is a leader in the real estate appraisal profession, actively involved with the American Society of Appraisers. Mark regularly teaches continuing education courses for appraisers nationwide, sharing his expertise in valuation and contributing to CORE Auctions’ success.
