Jon Evans, a partner at CORE Auctions, is a second-generation graduate of the Nashville Auction School. Growing up in the family business, Jon worked auctions across Tennessee under the guidance of his grandfather, Buford Evans, and father, Terry Evans. As a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee, he serves the Middle Tennessee real estate market. Jon excels as a master ringman, bringing energy to CORE Auctions’ events. He resides in Lawrence County, Tennessee, and remains dedicated to the family’s auction tradition.
