Jim Evans, CEO and auctioneer, graduated from the Nashville Auction School in 1982 and began his career in real estate and auctions. From 1982 to 1999, he served as an instructor at the Nashville Auction School, where he later became Vice President alongside his brothers, Terry and Joe. Licensed as an auctioneer in Tennessee since 1982, Jim is also a certified general real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker. He has taught auctioneering, appraisal, and real estate courses. In 2014, Jim founded CORE Real Estate, focusing on commercial real estate across multiple states, and continues to lead CORE Auctions.
