Jim Evans, the founder and CEO of CORE Real Estate, grew up immersed in the world of real estate and auctions, thanks to his father, Buford Evans, who was one of the first licensed brokers and auctioneers in Tennessee. Jim witnessed the remarkable growth of the real estate market in Middle Tennessee throughout his life, and he has passed down his passion for the industry to his children, allowing the family business to flourish. CORE Real Estate, a family-owned and exclusive brokerage located in Franklin, Tennessee, specializes in both commercial and residential real estate. The company name, CORE, was chosen to reflect the “core” values that Jim had in mind when he opened the firm’s doors: Reliability, Honesty, Efficiency, and Integrity.
